Time to focus on something really important!

Scary Movies!!  

I just rented The Happening, Deception and The Village. Who else have seen these movies? What did you think? Just remember to put Spoiler Alert if you give any particulars since I haven't seen them yet.

What else is good and scary? What was the scariest movie you ever saw? And it doesn't have to have been a critically acclaimed one nor one that you saw in adulthood.  What did you see in that theatre that made you jump out of your seat or duck your eyes?

For me it was mainly two movies that made me jump.

Spoiler Alerts.

The first one, Alien, was so intense I still haven't been able to watch the scene where the Alien popped out of John Hurt's stomach. The other one: Seven. That scene where we are introduced to Mr. Sloth was super scary. To me at the time. One friend was so scared she had to leave the theatre during that scene.

Honourable Mention: Skeleton Key. Believe it or not, it was when she played the record of his chants that spooked me. But the ending was pretty scary.
